The LingerieMeMade Alexa pattern is stylish, full-coverage panties. The sporty panty is extremely comfortable to wear. The basic sewing pattern is designed for sizes 32 to 46. Alexa is sewn quickly. The pattern is also perfect as swimwear.
The briefs are cut close to the body and designed for bi-elastic
fabrics, i.e. for
fabrics, which can be stretched in both directions. Alexa can be sewn partially or entirely from
lace. Such combinations with
lace and light, soft microfiber, jersey and Lycra are suitable for the pattern. When combining different
fabrics, all
fabrics should have a similar stretch. Jersey fabrics made from cotton, viscose and bamboo must contain at least 8-10% elastane. In the instructions I describe how you can refine the briefs with
lace and also sew the briefs from a narrower
lace.
For the Alexa briefs you need approx. 40 cm of fabric with the usual width of 140 cm or 2.5 meters of elastic
lace ideally approx. 20 cm wide. I describe in the instructions how you can still sew panties from a narrower
lace.
